- I used Oil Pastels to produce this vibrant harbour scene from Kilkeel in Northern Ireland. The buff pastel paper complemented by the mute colours of the background colours of the harbour walls and water, are in stark contrast to the vibrant colours of the boats. The accent colours of red and blue give a dramatic contrast to this tranquil scene.
